Nutrition, sleep and rest, are a large part of the months Immersion with the YHM … here is a general list of what we offer on a typical training day

To start the day

Tea + bite of fruit in the early morning before the first practice


A favourite. fruit, muesli, curd, eggs, wholegrain bread, surprises, and vegan options are available.


A mixture of western and Indian, salads and soups. A hearty meal before the 4 hour break. A time to relax.


Light snacks and a juice before the afternoon practice.


7pm is the time for the evening delights. Every night is varied with a selection of dishes.
