1. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. • When you make a reservation, we collect information you provide us for the purpose of completing the reservation process. This includes contact details, emergency contact details, health conditions, prior yoga experience and any other information you share voluntarily.

• When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including encrypted credit card details), email address, and phone number.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

• When enquiring about any of our services, we keep a copy of our last communication via email for the purpose of having a record of our communication should you decide to make a reservation. After the class, retreat or training date you enquired about has passed, should you not make a reservation, any communication between us will be permanently deleted and you will not be contacted by us again unless you opt-in to subscribe to our newsletter via the form on our website.

• When you make a reservation we keep a copy of our last email communication until 1 week after the retreat or training has finished. We also keep a copy of your booking form for the purpose of having any relevant information about you so we can provide you with a retreat or training tailored to your individual needs. Post-retreat or post-training, your name and email address will be added to our MailChimp list for the purpose of keeping you informed about our services. If you don’t wish to receive our newsletter, inform us via email info@yogahealthmandala.co.uk or simply unsubscribe via the Unsubscribe link in the footer of the newsletter. Please note that our MailChimp account has 2-step Authentication enabled to optimise security.

• To optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how clients browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

In addition, when applicable, the personal information we collect from you will be used as follows:

• To fulfil any orders placed through the Site, including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations.

• To fulfil a contract and the legal basis of our holding your personal data is for legitimate interest.

• To screen our orders for potential risk or fraud (in particular, your IP address).

3. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

• When attending classes, retreats, or trainings your personal information is not disclosed to anyone, except the practices described in Section 2.

• When attending a group retreat or training, we may share relevant information with other team members, for the purpose of providing you with the best service. This includes sharing your dietary requirements with the chef, and also sharing any health conditions with a teaching assistant.

• We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform to share our latest updates or special offers with you. 4. HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

FOR CLASSES

• When you register for an online class, your registration form is stored on a password-protected laptop, with the relevant folder also protected by a password. We keep your registration and booking forms and all information you have provided us for a period of 7 years, to comply with insurance and tax obligations. After 7 years your information is permanently deleted.

FOR RETREATS AND TRAININGS

• When you make an enquiry, your initial communication will be stored on email until the retreat or training date you enquired about has passed, at which point it will be deleted permanently if you decide not to make a reservation.

• When you make a reservation, your booking form is stored on a password-protected laptop, with the relevant folder also protected by a password. We keep your booking form and all information you have provided us for a period of 7 years, to comply with insurance and tax obligations. After 7 years your booking form is permanently deleted.

• We use Facebook and their re-marketing service which uses a "custom audience pixel" that stores a cookie on the visitor's computer when they visit a web page. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
