Relax and Restore
Join us in a stunning location next to the turquoise waters of the Aegean Sea for a relaxing and nourishing holiday. Enjoy 2 sessions of improvisational yoga fused with QiGong, rehabilitation, mobilisations and dance; plus plenty of time for swimming, hiking, and massage treatments.
Accommodation
The private apartments at Cavo Kortia offer understated luxury with super comfortable beds, sea views, and traditional charm. Each apartment has ensuite facilities as well as a kitchen. There are plenty of outdoor terraces to soak up the sun and also a beautiful on-site restaurant with excellent food and amazing views. Cavo Kortia is a few metres from 2 gorgeous beaches.
Price includes accommodation, evening meals and 2 daily movement sessions.

Onward Travel
Athens or Kalamata are the the nearest airports, with a journey time of between 3 to 4.5 hours. We can organise an airport transfer for you OR help with car hire,

Massage/bodywork sessions on site will be charged by the practitioner.
